Laura is an occupational therapist who’s registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia. She graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University in 2014.
Laura has practiced occupational therapy in both British Columbia and Nova Scotia. She has worked in a variety of practice settings, including physical medicine, pediatrics, med-legal assessments, return to work planning, etc. Laura has been working full-time in the mental health field for the last six years.
At the Atlantic ADHD Centre, Laura helps individuals manage symptoms of ADHD and anxiety. These may include organizational skills, time management, reducing procrastination and impulsive spending, and improving sleep.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys baking, running marathons and ultramarathons, camping and spending time with her partner and dog.
